因為空氣中有許多微塵，當中就包括與玻璃一樣硬度的成分(石英)，會因為摩擦而導致磨損與刮痕。(鐵比玻璃硬度小)
(這就是為何無原無故有時候從口袋拿出來就多出一條刮痕)
Q2.包膜只有3C產品??
任何都能包，舉凡汽機車、器材、生活用品、醫療工具、工廠儀器
只要有想要包膜的物品配合包膜師的技巧及專業程度，我相信一定可給他美美的包上一層保護膜。
以下皆以手機、平板、筆電，新機到手就想要包膜為例
A.請消費者購買新機時，當下立即向您所購買的新機是否有以下問題?
1.是否外盒有受損?
2.新產品拿出後當下看是否與外盒(或者說明書)所標示此購買內容物數量相符合?
3.查看產品是否有外表缺陷，是否有通過你的標準?
4.使用產品，包括開起電源、可否開蓋、按鍵等等等等。
5.如果有問題發生時，務必請發票或者收據及當下所有購買產品(包括贈品)等都要拿回現場做更換。
B.想要包膜時，包膜店員應該給以下的回應，你才能放心離開，以免事後糾紛。
1.新機交給店員時，請先自行檢查是否裡面有私密相關物品或檔案。
2.如果手機平板有SIM卡、記憶卡，也請消費者自行保管好，以免事後責任歸屬難分。
3.包膜店員應當顧客面前檢查是否有毀損，包括開機、刮痕、是否是原廠原有的汙點等等。(因為即使在精密的電子儀器，可能就是有幾台會有些瑕疵)
4.當雙方確認結束，有達成共識才能離開現場。
C.顧客取貨時該檢察甚麼?
1.是否能夠開起電源、螢幕是否能夠滑動使用、鍵盤按鍵是否阻礙?
2.觀看包膜後的手機使否有與之前不同?
3.確認後再離開店。
